A couple of years ago I hurt my back and was unable to travel great distances so visiting the local provincial events and sights was the extent of my adventures. When my husband and I travel, I like to write a short journal about our experiences, when and where we go, what we see, who we meet.
I have visited many of the places I draw, but not all. And the places I haven’t, I will be – and I’ll be taking my book with me to journal my trip!
Not only do I create these wonderful activity books; 2010, I was named the first Canadian (and the first Woman) to be awarded Intermediate International Carver of the Year by the International Wildfowl Carvers Association.
